BID Group Ltd is an established, Bolton based, industrial door company. With sites in the Midlands and Scotland and over 50 teams of engineers, we install, service, repair and maintain all types of industrial doors, dock levellers, high speed doors, automatic doors, gates, barriers and turnstiles.
Due to expansion, a vacancy has arisen for a Junior Administrator to join our busy service department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the service department. Duties will include maintaining filing systems, receiving incoming telephone calls, logging jobs, providing customers with progress updates, data input and other general administration duties.
The successful candidate must be computer literate with a confident telephone manner.
