BID Group Ltd is an established, Bolton based, industrial door company. With sites in the Midlands North-East and Scotland and over 55 teams of mobile engineers we install, service, repair and maintain all types of industrial doors, dock levellers, high speed doors, automatic doors, gates, barriers and turnstiles across the UK
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time accounts assistant to work from our offices in Westhoughton, Bolton. Working a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday the successful candidate will be joining a small and professional team to predominantly support the purchase ledger side of the business and assist with general finance duties.
Key duties will include:
Processing Supplier Invoices
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Reconciling Statements
- Processing Bank Payments
- Petty Cash / Fuel / Phone bill analysis
- Delivery note processing / chasing
- Time sheet processing
- Other duties in finance as required
The ideal candidate should have experience in the above duties, be able to pick up new tasks quickly and work as part of a team. Excellent numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential. You should also have strong IT skills including excel.
