We are continuing to set up training bays at each of our regional depots to provide a simulated on site work based learning area and following on from the success of our training bay at BID North East we now have our BID Midlands Training Bay up and running.
Steven Simmons, Training manager at BID Group said “The bays provides us with a working model and enables the trainee to carry out supervised practical tasks in a controlled learning environment, building on their skills and knowledge of how to install a safe and compliant product. It also gives the opportunity to learn how to diagnose some of the problems and issues we come across every day and how to resolve them.”
