BID Group Dock Levellers are designed to facilitate the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods. Custom manufactured at our site in Bolton with either a 6,000kg or 10,000kg capacity, all of our Dock Levellers are compliant with BS EN 1398. We offer:

Telescopic Lip Dock Levellers

Accurate and flexible bridges for efficient loading and unloading. As standard the telescopic leveller is supplied with an interlocked control panel that incorporates an auto-park function, with a push of the button the leveller is brought back to its start position. During unloading or loading the dock leveller ‘floats’ which allows the deck to raise or lower with the vehicle suspension.

Hinged Lip Dock Levellers

Simple to use bridges which compensate for the variances in height between vehicle beds and loading bays. With single button operation the operative can easily raise the deck up, extend the lip and finally park on to the vehicle bed. Supplied with the auto park single button function for easy stowing of the dock leveller lip. During unloading or loading the dock leveller ‘floats’ which allows the deck to raise or lower with the vehicle suspension.

Dock Shelters & Seals

Crafting a seal between vehicles and the warehouse, these shelters protect goods and staff from external elements during loading and unloading. Seals also keep out external contaminants such as insects & vermin and prevent costly heated or cooled air escaping from a facility, which helps to reduce energy costs.
